Infield Marketing Bell Innovation Conference – Calgary & Vancouver
Held in Calgary, Alberta & Vancouver, British Columbia, the Conference and Trade show was an opportunity for businesses to learn how to take advantage of innovative, integrated and simple technologies to address business challenges in their industries. Private Client Mad Hatter Tea Party
-Entrance to backyard designed to allow guest to step “through the looking glass” -White and green canopies with flowing curtains were erected -Tables were draped in multi coloured linens and food, befitting a tea party, was served. -Centre pieces included hat boxes with teapot shaped vases containing an assortment of flowers -A cake was created that resembled a tea cup -The hosts backyard was further decorated with flowers, drawings taken from “Alice in Wonderland” and a 14 foot water fountain. AOC Company Bash
An Asian inspired birthday bash for 36 guests. Innovative décor, great food and upbeat music created an entertaining ambiance for the perfect party. Guests were treated to an impressive event at a private venue with theme-inspired gifting, invitations and menu.	[View Gallery]

PLAST Malanka (New Years Eve Gala)
Guests in black tie rang in the New Year at a fundraiser featuring a huge silent auction, choreographed cabaret style entertainment production and dancing until 2am to Liberty Silver.

By incorporating flare, entertainment and a delectable menu this event was able to raise significant funds for a local charitable organization. Strategic Health Innovations Cocktail Reception – Washington, DC
The event utilized a trendy site to produce a terrific business development occasion. The guest list was comprised of senior delegate members from all over the world, therefore the Rêve team ensured that all cultural idiosyncrasies were respected and that both food and entertainment was appropriate

Strategic Health Innovations Cocktail Reception – San Francisco, California
Our team created an exceptional networking opportunity for both potential and existing clients while maintaining a professional yet entertaining atmosphere. This event was designed to enable the guests to meet and mingle thereby encouraging interaction and the creation of new contacts.

Wedding Four Seasons Hotel
Guests entered a cocktail lounge that had the cool, chic feel of South Beach. At one end of the room was a mirrored bar and the opposite end a flowing water ice-bar topped with an ice luge engraved with the couple’s monogram. After cocktails, guests were escorted down the long white carpet towards the ballroom. At the entrance they were met by two 8 foot waterfalls topped off with huge floral bouquets. Inside, rows of rectangular and square tables were outfitted with centre pieces that sat in glass square containers filled with coffee beans and candles. The couple’s monogram was displayed on two large screens above the head table.	[View Gallery]

YORKbiotech Inc. Convergent Medical Technologies Conference
Rêve Productions was hired to undertake the planning and execution of CMT 2006 - the 2nd annual York Convergent Medical Technology conference. It brought together over 100 leaders from companies, hospitals, research, finance and government who were interested in building networks, exploring and showcasing innovative ideas for products and services, developing policies and marketing strategies. The conference consisted of panel and keynote speakers and concluded with a cocktail reception. Rêve’s tasks included: speaker logistics, audio visual prep, venue management, brochure & signage design, registration and volunteer management.	[View Gallery]
